Helena was born to Edwin Floyd Willett & Hazel May (Smith) in Sandusky, Michigan. She went to high school in Croswell, MI. Bible School in Miracle Valley, AZ. She also traveled as an Evangelist.
Her father was a pastor over other churches in the Michigan area, so the kids grew up playing instruments and singing praises. A tradition they all treasure at every family gathering and which has been passed on to future generations.
